Model-Actress Twisha Sharma Found Dead in Bhopal; Family Alleges Dowry Torture and Murder by Husband and Retired Judge Mother-in-Law
Model-actress Twisha Sharma was found dead in her Bhopal home on May 12, five months after her marriage to lawyer Samarth Singh. Twisha's family alleges that her husband and his mother, retired judge Giribala Singh, tortured and murdered her for dowry. The police have registered a dowry murder case and are investigating, while Samarth Singh is absconding and has been ordered to surrender by May 23.
