Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has secured funding for the initiative, which will offer benefits like added service years for pension calculations and honorary promotions to employees aged 50 and above who meet pension eligibility. This move aligns with the Prime Minister's policy of cutting administrative overheads and follows the reduction of ministries from 22 to 18.
