Electricity Regulatory Commission appointments to be made through open competition

The Ministry of Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation has begun an open competitive selection process for vacant positions in the Electricity Regulatory Commission. A three-member recommendation committee, chaired by Ministry Secretary Chiranjibi Chataut, has been formed to oversee the process. Applications will be sought for the chairperson and four member positions through a 15-day public notice.
