Country Marks Republic Day Today; President Extends Greetings

President Ramchandra Paudel stated that achieving good governance, development, and prosperity is the current national need, which can be accomplished by strengthening an accountable and people-oriented public service through the federal democratic republican form of governance. He called for cooperation among all layers of government, the private sector, and civil society to achieve social justice, economic prosperity, and inclusive development. The President urged all stakeholders to contribute to developing a well-cultured and prosperous society by upholding Nepal’s independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity, national unity, national interests, and pride.
