The 4th Everest Open Taekwondo Championship saw participation from over 450 athletes across 9 East Coast states. International and national referees officiated the event. World champion Eric Gun received a scholarship, and a special Nepali cultural dance was performed by the Everest World Class Taekwondo team. Maryland state delegate Dr. Harry Bhandari was among the distinguished guests.
