Nepse snaps three-day losing run with a marginal gain
The Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) ended a three-day losing streak with a marginal gain of 1.77 points, closing at 2,731.94 on Friday. The benchmark index fluctuated throughout the session, reaching an intraday high before profit-booking erased most gains. Unit prices of 127 scrips advanced while 120 declined, and turnover dropped to Rs 3.09 billion. 7% Nabil Debenture 2079 saw the highest gain, while Union Hydropower Ltd experienced the biggest loss but topped the turnover chart.
