India Offers Full Support for West Asia Peace, Strengthens UAE Defense Ties

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi met with UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, stating India's readiness to assist in bringing peace to West Asia and condemning recent attacks on the UAE. A framework agreement for a strategic defense partnership was signed, focusing on joint development, co-production of defense technologies, intelligence sharing, and counter-terrorism cooperation. Both leaders welcomed a five-billion-dollar investment by UAE entities in India, including significant investments in RBL Bank and infrastructure projects.
