The government intends to sign labor agreements with more countries and launch an “Investment Express” system to attract foreign investment and streamline business processes. Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle stated that Nepali workers going abroad will need skill-based training, and a unified single-window system for company registration, tax, labor, and visa services will be operationalized within three months. Projects approved by the Investment Board Nepal will also bypass separate approvals from other government agencies.
