‘WHO ready to cooperate with Nepal’

Minister for Health and Food Safety Nisha Mehta met with World Health Organization Director General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus in Geneva, Switzerland, during the 79th World Health Assembly. Minister Mehta described the meeting as highly productive, and Dr. Tedros stated that the WHO is ready to cooperate with and support Nepal. Minister Mehta also held separate meetings with health ministers from China and India.
