Senior Advocate Bhattarai Expresses Concern Over Nepal's Constitution, Judiciary, and Political Parties

Senior advocate Tikaram Bhattarai has expressed concern over Nepal's constitution, judiciary, and political parties, stating that constitution-making forces are attempting to dismantle it. He noted that while past dissolutions of the House of Representatives were rectified by the court and public, the current situation is different, and the judiciary appears to be operating under fear. Bhattarai also criticized the lack of internal democracy in political parties, likening them to private limited companies.
