UML to build central office in Balkhu, return Kalanki land to Min Bahadur Gurung

The CPN-UML party has decided to construct its central office at its original site in Balkhu. The party also decided to return the land donated for the Kalanki office project to businessman Min Bahadur Gurung and his spouse. Construction at the Kalanki site is not feasible due to legal and technical issues related to a Supreme Court ruling on land near riverbanks.
