Nepal's national property market has shown strong signs of recovery in the first month of the Nepali New Year 2083, with a noticeable surge in activity across various regions. The Department of Land Management and Archives reported 58,886 property transactions in Baisakh, a nearly 6 percent month-on-month increase. Government revenue from property transactions also improved, accumulating over NPR 6.26 billion in Baisakh. Market analysts attribute this recovery to declining bank interest rates and improved liquidity within the financial system.
