Government Preparing to Address Unnatural Price Hikes in Construction Materials

The government is preparing to address unnatural price hikes in construction materials through the Procurement Act and Regulations, according to Rabindra Bohora, Director General of the Department of Urban Development and Building Construction. A report with suggestions has been sent to the ministry and will move forward through the Ministry of Law after discussion at the Prime Minister's Office. Bohora urged construction entrepreneurs to return to work with confidence, stating that the process to solve the problem has begun and significant progress has been made.
