MP BK: Government’s policy and programme not inclusive

Member of Parliament Parbati BK stated that the government's policy and programme are not inclusive, expressing concern about parliamentary conduct potentially setting a negative example for future generations. While acknowledging positive aspects like digital-friendly governance, BK noted the policy's failure to address the concerns of marginalized groups, including the poor, Dalit women, Madhesi women, minority women, and women from Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces. She also highlighted the lack of clear provisions for children living in poverty or in orphanages and correctional facilities, as well as for remote regions.
