Next week will feature four consecutive public holidays, beginning with Bakra Eid (Eid-ul-Adha) on Thursday, May 28, observed nationwide. The following day, May 29, marks both the national budget presentation and Republic Day. May 30 is the regular Saturday holiday, and May 31, a Sunday, is also expected to be a public holiday as part of the government's fuel-saving initiative.
