Govt allocates Rs 46.42 billion for agriculture ministry

The government has allocated Rs 46.42 billion for the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development for the upcoming fiscal year 2026/27 to strengthen agricultural production and modernization. Additionally, plans are in place to seek World Heritage listing for Tilaurakot, Gokarneshwar, and Janakpur Dham to preserve and promote Nepal’s cultural and historical heritage.
