Nepal Bank Limited announced a leadership transition following the resignations of its Chairman of the Board, Prof Dr Dilliraj Sharma, and Independent Director. Director Maya Acharya, representing the Ministry of Finance, also resigned. The bank assured stakeholders that operations remain secure and that it is following corporate governance procedures to fill the vacancies in coordination with Nepal Rastra Bank.
