OAG questions progress of transformational projects

The Office of the Auditor General (OAG) has questioned the slow progress of 17 transformational projects aimed at rapid economic growth. While some projects like Public School Strengthening and TVET Programme show significant progress, others like the Galchhi-Trishuli-Mailung and Shyafrubesi Road Project have only achieved 64 percent completion due to various obstructions. The OAG has urged government agencies and the National Planning Commission to conduct mid-term reviews and effectively monitor these projects to meet their timelines.
