Koshi Province Chief Presented with National Dalit Commission's Fifth Annual Report

The fifth annual report of the National Dalit Commission was presented to the Chief of Koshi Province, Parshuram Khapung. Commission Chairman Devraj Bishwakarma presented the report, and Chief Khapung stressed the need for strict law implementation to end discrimination against the Dalit community. Commission member Sundar Purkoti echoed this, emphasizing the role of all three tiers of government in enforcing laws to combat discrimination and untouchability.
