Heatwaves are predicted for the Terai regions of Sudurpashchim and Lumbini provinces, with temperatures reaching up to 41 degrees Celsius in some cities. Meanwhile, the Kathmandu Valley and eastern parts of the country are forecast to receive moderate rain with thunderstorms.
