HoR meeting: NC raises question on PM Shah's exit from joint session

The Nepali Congress (NC) has raised objections to Prime Minister Balendra 'Balen' Shah leaving the joint session of parliament during President Ram Chandra Paudel's presentation of government policies and programs. NC Chief Whip Basana Thapa stated that PM Shah's departure amid the presentation raised questions about constitutional norms and parliamentary tradition, and demanded an explanation from the Prime Minister.
