Opposition vows stronger stand in Parliament

Opposition parties have decided to adopt a more assertive stance in Parliament, citing the Prime Minister's alleged disregard for parliamentary proceedings. A joint meeting of chief whips from the Nepali Congress, CPN-UML, NCP, and RPP discussed concerns over the government's actions, which they described as undemocratic and in violation of parliamentary values and the Speaker's constitutional role. The parties agreed to cooperate in upholding the constitution, parliamentary rules, and democratic principles.
