Concerns were raised about implementation weaknesses, lack of coordination, declining public trust, policy shortcomings, and financial sustainability. Experts emphasized the need for structural and management reforms, transparency, digital systems, and cost-control measures, suggesting learning from international practices. The Prime Minister's Office and the Ministry of Health and Population have committed to addressing the issues raised, with plans to submit a report with recommendations to the government and the Insurance Board.
