The government is set to unveil the budget for the upcoming fiscal year 2083/84 in a joint meeting of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly on Friday at 4:00 PM. Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal has instructed lawmakers to be present by 3:45 PM. The announcement date, Jestha 15 of the Nepali calendar, is also observed as Republic Day.
