Bagmati Province Government Forms 43-Member Committee for Republic Day Celebration

The Bagmati Province Government has formed a 43-member committee, led by Chief Minister Indra Bahadur Baniyan, to celebrate Republic Day on Jestha 15th with a four-day program. The celebration, spanning from Jestha 13th to 16th, will include a school-level essay competition, blood donation, a free health camp, tree plantation, and a main ceremony featuring cultural tableaux and awards for outstanding journalists. The committee also decided to encourage lighting lamps in government offices, public places, and homes for three days.
