Lumbini Province Assembly to Discuss Budget Principles and Priorities

The Lumbini Province Assembly will begin discussions on the principles and priorities of the Appropriation Bill 2083 today. Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning Dhanendra Karki presented the budget's principles and priorities, which focus on production, employment, infrastructure development, good governance, and social justice. Preparations are underway to create a realistic and implementable budget amidst limited resources, prioritizing production and productivity through agriculture, industry, tourism, energy, and infrastructure sectors, alongside skill development and digital governance.
