Additional 304 depositors of troubled cooperatives receive refunds

The Problematic Cooperative Management Committee has refunded the savings of an additional 304 small depositors from the Agriculture Cooperative and Shiva Shikhar Multipurpose Cooperative. This follows previous refunds to depositors of Kantipur and Pashupati Cooperatives, with the committee prioritizing small depositors and gradually processing refunds based on savings amounts, aiming to address approximately Rs. 46 billion owed to 76,000 depositors.
