Former President Bidya Devi Bhandari paid tribute to Madan Bhadari and Jibraj Ashrit, recalling their contributions to the Nepali communist movement and the establishment of the UML. UML chairman KP Sharma Oli also paid tribute, remembering their roles in party consolidation and development. The tributes were made on the 33rd Memorial Day of Bhadari and Ashrit.
