Rista Gurung joins cast of ‘Aa Bata Aama 2’

Rista Gurung, winner of Mero Dance Universe–2, has been signed as the main female lead for Chandra Pant’s upcoming film Aa Bata Aama 2. Gurung, currently based in Hong Kong, will make her debut in the Nepali film industry with this project, which centers on an emotional mother-son relationship. The film, set for release during the Dashain festival on Asoj 30 (Oct 16), is a sequel to last year’s Aa Bata Aama.
