MP Harka Raj Rai Demands Removal from Parliament or PM's Presence

MP Harkaraj Rai demanded to be removed from the meeting in accordance with Rule 31, Sub-rule (1) of the House of Representatives Regulations 2079. He also demanded that Prime Minister Balendra Shah be instructed to be present in the parliament in accordance with Rule 15, Sub-rule (2) of the Regulations, or that he himself be expelled.
