Govt. committed to removing Nepal from FATF’s grey list: Minister Wagle

Minister for Finance, Dr. Swarnim Wagle, asserted the government of Nepal is committed to taking all necessary measures to ensure the country’s removal from the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) ‘grey list’. During a discussion with an APG delegation, Minister Wagle reiterated that the government would mobilize all available resources and institutional capacity to address concerns raised by international monitoring bodies. APG Deputy Executive Secretary David Shannon stated that Nepal still has significant work to do before it can be removed from the grey list.
