Cabinet decides housing support for families relocated from high-risk settlements

The Cabinet has decided to provide financial incentives to families relocated from high-risk settlements in the Kathmandu Valley. Families with up to five members will receive Rs 15,000 per month for housing expenses for three months, with an additional Rs 2,000 for each extra member. A one-time resettlement support of Rs 25,000 will also be provided to each affected family after verification.
