Police have obtained a three-day remand against medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai, arrested from Birgunj on Monday night. Prasai was taken into custody based on complaints accusing him of making provocative statements through social media, disturbing social harmony, and inciting actions against the state. The arrest was reportedly carried out under “orders from above.”
