Previous chief justices had also planned for live broadcasts, but these were not realized. A writ petition filed by a law student seeking live hearings is also pending, with the court citing a lack of necessary infrastructure, legal structure, and skilled manpower. The absence of established policy for managing court debates and broadcasting content also poses complications.
