NEPSE dips slightly, turnover hits Rs 2.45 billion
The Nepalese stock market, represented by the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), closed slightly lower on Sunday, with the benchmark index dipping by 1.03 points to 2,730.91. The Sensitive Index, however, saw a marginal increase of 0.50 points. Total turnover reached approximately Rs 2.45 billion, with 5.82 million shares traded across 339 companies. While 119 stocks gained value, 132 declined, indicating a mixed market sentiment.
