Several key political meetings are scheduled in Kathmandu today, including sessions of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly. The House of Representatives will discuss the "Report of the House of Representatives Rules Drafting Committee, 2083" and the principles and priorities of the Appropriation Bill for the fiscal year 2083/84. The Nepal Communist Party (UML) Central Secretariat will meet to discuss organizational restructuring, assignment of central members to local responsibilities, and review recent government actions.
