If the debt remains unpaid, the bank will proceed with the public sale of the assets, including a property in Kathmandu registered under Jagrit Pahadi, son of Binod Pahadi, and guaranteed by Ram Bahadur Pahadi, Binod Pahadi, and Mamata Darnal Pahadi.
