Harka Sampang boycotts House meeting after asking Speaker to remove him if PM Shah cannot be summoned

Harka Sampang boycotted a House of Representatives meeting after demanding that Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal remove him if Prime Minister Balendra "Balen" Shah could not be summoned to the session. Sampang, leader of the Shram Sanskriti Party's parliamentary group, stated that if the PM could not be invited, he himself should be expelled according to parliamentary rules.
