Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited will auction 474,696 unallocated rights shares starting May 21, 2083, with a base price of 100 Nepalese Rupees per share. NIC Asia Capital Limited is managing the auction, which aims to raise capital for the company and double its paid-up capital. The funds will strengthen the company's balance sheet and support its 4.993 Megawatt Lower Tadi Khola Hydropower Project.
