How a disabled teacher defies physical odds
Hasta Bahadur Kathayat, a 50-year-old teacher with a physical disability, travels one kilometer to Janakalyan Primary School by supporting himself with his hands. Despite physical challenges and financial hardship, Kathayat initiated the establishment of the school in his village, teaching 82 children free of charge for two years. He now works as an office assistant at the school, also preparing meals for the students, and is recognized for his unwavering commitment to education.
