Buddha Air

The wreckage of a Buddha Air aircraft, which skidded off the runway at Chandragadhi Airport four months ago, is scheduled to be removed within the next 10 days. According to Kishor Kumar Khatri, chief of the Chandragadhi Airport Office, investigations by the accident committee and insurance company are complete, paving the way for the wreckage's removal. The Buddha Air branding has already been removed from the aircraft's body.

Concurrently, Buddha Air has suspended its Nepalgunj-Pokhara flight service for a month due to declining Indian religious tourists and rising fuel costs, impacting connectivity for travelers.
