Minister Pokharel Pledges to Address Public Concerns on Infrastructure and Services
Minister for Education and Sports, Sasmit Pokharel, stated that the government will gradually address public concerns regarding roadways, sewage, electricity, and drinking water. Speaking at a public hearing in Kathmandu constituency-5, Pokharel also assured that infrastructure assessments for community schools would be conducted, with future budget allocations based on need rather than equal distribution. Additionally, he committed to a more transparent and professional process for selecting university vice-chancellors.
