Government to Provide Rs 25,000 Resettlement Support to Displaced Families
The government has decided to provide a one-time resettlement support of Rs 25,000 to families displaced from high-risk riverbank settlements in Kathmandu Valley. Additionally, affected families will receive temporary housing support for up to three months, with monthly stipends based on household size, according to Government Spokesperson Sasmit Pokharel.
