POCO Opens New Service Center in Sanepa, Kathmandu

POCO has officially launched a new authorized service center at Ramesh Complex in Sanepa, Kathmandu. Operated by Tele Talk Pvt. Ltd., a Ramesh Corp entity, the facility will provide after-sales service and technical support for POCO smartphones and devices. Executive Director Sanjay Agrawal stated the company is committed to enhancing its after-sales support network in Nepal.

The new service center is equipped with trained technicians, advanced diagnostic systems, and quality spare parts to ensure a high standard of service.
Customers can access services including device diagnostics, software support, warranty claims, repairs, maintenance, and technical consultation.
The facility is strategically located in Sanepa to offer convenient and trusted support services for POCO users.
Office hours for the service center are Sunday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
