POCO Opens New Service Center in Sanepa, Kathmandu

POCO has officially launched a new authorized service center at Ramesh Complex in Sanepa, Kathmandu. Operated by Tele Talk Pvt. Ltd., a Ramesh Corp entity, the facility will provide after-sales service and technical support for POCO smartphones and devices. Executive Director Sanjay Agrawal stated the company is committed to enhancing its after-sales support network in Nepal.

  • The new service center is equipped with trained technicians, advanced diagnostic systems, and quality spare parts to ensure a high standard of service.
  • Customers can access services including device diagnostics, software support, warranty claims, repairs, maintenance, and technical consultation.
  • The facility is strategically located in Sanepa to offer convenient and trusted support services for POCO users.
  • Office hours for the service center are Sunday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
