Several villages in Nepal, including Bhujung in Lamjung and Barpak in Gorkha, are increasingly becoming popular tourist destinations. These areas are attracting visitors with their traditional Gurung and Ghale cultures, unique lifestyles, natural scenery, and homestay programs. The development of these rural areas is also contributing positively to the local economy and providing residents with new income opportunities.

  • Bhujung village in Lamjung, situated at 1,600 meters, features traditional stone houses and is home to a dense Gurung population, with 33 out of 362 households operating homestays.
