Speaker DP Aryal Faces Protest Over Speaking Time Allocation in Parliament

The parliament meeting was disrupted when Speaker DP Aryal did not allocate speaking time to some MPs. Those who wanted to speak stood up and protested, eventually forcing the Speaker to give them time. He had allocated time to MPs Rajendra Rai, Indira Rana, and Balabati Sharma, among others.
