Budget 2026/27: Postal Highway To Be Completed In Three Years

The government has announced plans to complete the construction of the Postal Highway within three years and the Pushpa Lal highway within two years. Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle presented these plans during the budget announcement in a joint meeting of the federal parliament. Additionally, the government has decided to implement Vision Kathmandu 2040 to develop the Kathmandu valley into an advanced city.
