Pulchowk Engineering Students Successfully Develop Nepal’s First Liquid Rocket Engine

Four fourth-year aerospace engineering students at Pulchowk Campus have successfully developed and tested Nepal's first liquid rocket engine. The team faced challenges in sourcing suitable materials locally but achieved a 94 percent combustion efficiency in their first test. Further development requires investment and government support to enhance performance and explore applications like satellite launches and drone technology.
