The first-ever ‘Lumbini Skills Championship 2026’ is being organized in Rupandehi, Lumbini Province, to enhance youth interest in technical education, skills development, and employment-oriented training. The event, scheduled for May 22, aims to foster skilled human resources and promote employment opportunities. It is being held under the auspices of the Rupandehi Industries Association in coordination with the Ministry of Social Development, Lumbini Province, as part of the ‘Skills Project for Sustainable and Decent Employment’ initiative.
