The Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs is drafting a bill for this dedicated judicial body, which is expected to adjudicate cases within three months. Key features include the 'Work Continue' principle, allowing projects to proceed during legal disputes, and a 'No Clearance, No Tender' policy to ensure all necessary approvals are obtained before procurement.
